DMV - V.C. Section 23152 - Driving Under Influence of Alcohol or Drugs


This Vehicle Code section makes it illegal for anyone to operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Also makes it unlawful for any person who has 0.08 percent or more, by weight, of alcohol in his or her blood to drive a vehicle.
