In August of 2009, The Martinsburg Journal newspaper named Mills & Wagner as the "best law firm" in the tri-state region, which serves the eastern pandhandle of West Virginia, western Maryland and northern Virginia. In July of 2009, Mr. Wagner successfully completed the breath test operator training course on the EC/IR II, which is the sole secondary chemical test breath machine used in West Virginia. Mr. Wagner is one of two attorneys in the entire state to possess such training.
