In February of 2008, Mr. Wagner co-presented a 3 day standardized field sobriety certification course to nationwide attorneys seeking to become qualified administers of standardized field sobriety testing. Said course, held in Baltimore, MD, with nationally acclaimed DUI defense attorney, Leonard Stamm, and nationally renowned field sobriety expert, Robert LaPierp, is tailored to be the exact National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) curriculum that law enforcement personnel undertakes to become a qualified field sobriety test administer at police academies all over the country.
