If the client has transportation problems getting to court, we will make all efforts to arrange transportation. If the client needs to speak with the trial attorney, the case manager will arrange it. Oregon DUII defense firm PJC LAW GROUP utilizes a team concept to DUII case evaluation, trial strategy and tactics. Each DUII client has his/her file studied, evaluated and critiqued by three distinct departments. First, the case manager compiles the necessary documentation and information so that additional investigation can be performed. That work is evaluated by the office manager. The product is then reviewed by our former Oregon State Police Troopers and Department of Motor Vehicles Administrative Law Judge that review for completeness and draft legal memorandum identifying potential issues for the License Suspension Hearing, Motions to Suppress and Motions in Limine. Upon completion the file is transferred to the DUII trial attorneys that review it for completeness and trial readiness. A minimum of three DUII trial attorneys then "brainstorm" the case to optimize and hone the chosen strategies and tactics for that case. Some would say we go way "over the top".
