In addition to my years of practice, I  have had the distinct honor to be a member of the lecturers of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Lecturer on "Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Motor Vehicle Code Violations" (1995 - present); and also as a lecturer on, "DUI Defenses," for the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Attorneys Association (2001); and as a Guest speaker on "License Suspension Litigation," for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (2002). In addition to lecturing throughout the state, I have presented the materials for publication by the Institute for disbursement to its attendees. As a member of the National College Of DUI  Defense Attorneys, I review on a daily basis correspondence and literature from scientists and other attorneys throughout the nation who have dedicated their practice to exclusively defend those charged with DUI-related offenses.
