7 Tips to avoid a DUI in Virginia Beach—Be polite and stay quite
 

The city that is sometimes referred to as the ‘Mother of Presidents’ doesn’t mean that everyone acts presidential there 24/7.  Naturally, there are wonderful bars and clubs for all to enjoy.  Unfortunately, that can mean driving when you shouldn’t and having to call a Virginia Beach DUI attorney.

  6. When you are in custody, you are likely being observed at all times.  It is best to keep to yourself and not talk to other detainees or walk around.  Only speak to the police when they speak to you.  Sit down and stay calm.  If you are able to contact someone, call a relative or a friend so they can make note of your sobriety at the time.
